Though not a leadership book at all, it is a very useful look at storytelling. The leader is an interpreter of the situation and the needs it rises. Hence the leader should always be a good storyteller, giving meaning to the situation and laying out roads forward. McKee does an excellent job at examining the different sides on story. Even though the book is a bit longish in some standards, it is an easy read, and keeps the reader turning the pages.
