Puutarhuri rajapinnalla is a research I made for my Masters Degree.

In it I created a theore- tical model of spiritual leadership based on an empirical interview material, which I collec- ted from 12 head pas- tors of Finnish Evange- lical-Lutheran church.

The model itself will be refined to a full theory later on, with additional interviews on a broader spectrum.
